LEED Reporting
Lloyd’s integrates Green practices into everyday operations by continually finding ways to reuse and recycle even more material.
Our project managers will work with you before, during, and after the job in conjunction with our Construction and Demolition Waste Action Plan (CADWAP) to let you know what we predict will be recycled, what is being recycled throughout the project, and a final report summarizing the waste diverted from the landfill.
We consistently are able to reach high recycling rates through either on-site separation or by bringing material to our MPCA licensed transfer station or others nearby who sort through each load and extract all recyclable material, such as: aggregate, wood, shingles, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, cardboard, etc.
We also strongly advocate reuse on the job. Our experienced crews are able to salvage materials on the project before the actual demolition begins, allowing for reuse on the current project or future ones.
Items we save are just as varied as the projects we encounter, but may include: beams, joists, millwork, doors, dock lifts, lockers, and much more.
Contact us to find out how Lloyd’s can provide you with clear, accurate, and concise reporting and guarantee that your construction and demolition material will be handled with the utmost care for our environment, yet sensibly as well.
