Lloyd’s integrates environmentally sound practices into everyday operations by continually finding ways to reuse and recycle a wide variety of construction and demolition material.
Our project managers will work with you before, throughout, and even after the job to develop and provide a project-specific waste management plan, monthly reports that summarize the total percentage of waste diverted from the landfill, and all other supplementary material required for projects seeking LEED certification.
We are consistently able to reach high recycling rates through either on-site separation or by bringing material to our MPCA licensed transfer station or others nearby who sort through each load and extract all recyclable material. This includes: aggregate, wood, shingles, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, cardboard, and more.
We also strongly advocate reuse on the job. Our experienced crews are able to salvage a variety of materials on the project prior to commencement of demolition, allowing for maximized recycling rates and lower costs on the build-out of current or future spaces.
