We are excited to announce we have officially acquired a second drop-site in Rosemount offering the same great service as our Shakopee location.

This location just off of Interstate 169 in the South Metro, makes disposing of your construction and demolition debris quick and easy. Material is charged on a weight basis at this site.

If you are a first-time customer, feel free to call to us beforehand to save time and place a card on file (952-746-5832, option 1). Our staff will walk you through the dumping process at that time as well. Otherwise, when you arrive, please park in the front lot or to the right of the scale and stop in the small all black scale office to pay prior to dumping.

Our new location, off of County Road 46, is now open and accepting construction and household debris charged by the yard. When you arrive on site, drive through the gates and stop at the sign to wait for an attendant to direct you.

Some materials are accepted but run at an additional processing fee, including:

  • Batteries

  • Bicycles

  • Appliances

  • Large, Stuffed Furniture

  • Mattresses/Box Springs

  • Electronics

  • RVs/Travel Trailers
